I loved this book because it was different. It had a different, interesting and a very touching story. It will keep you hooked from beginning to end. When I started it , i wished it would never end.Well, what am i waiting for then, Let me tell you more about it!

Jason d’ Raizi, the protagonist, feels like a normal American kid in a  normal American town near New York. One day he finds out on his Mom’s birthday that there is more to his story. He always knew that he was an Afghan. What he didn’t know that his mother had come to the U.S on a student visa, while his father was an American soldier who was posted in Afghanistan and unfortunately  got killed there. A lot of Afghan friends of Jason didn’t like the fact that his father is an American. Jason was terrified that his mother would be taken away by authorities as she was staying in America illegally. Jason was an American citizen by birth. Just a couple of days later when he came know know about all this, his mother was take away by authorities. Now he was on his own.

This is where the story gets interesting. He decides to go New York to find his aunt. Unfortunately, he meets with an accident and lands up in hospital. He meets a daring girl Max in the hospital and they both decide to run away from the hospital to find Jason’s aunt. It is a roller coaster of adventure from there on. Must read for book lovers.
